General

Please “come as you are” to Skin Care by the Bay.

We want you to be relaxed and comfortable during your visit.

If possible, coming in without makeup would be ideal, but not necessary.

Daily Care

Along with receiving regular treatments from your Esthetician, a daily skin care regimen is critical to achieving and maintaining optimal skin health. Consider the 60:1 analogy: you manage your own skin at least twice a day at home – that’s 60 times in any given month versus a single monthly treatment from a clinician. The basics for a daily care regimen include: cleanse, correct, hydrate and protect. While professional treatments are just as important for the health of your skin, doing your part on a daily basis to improve and maintain the results of those treatments is key.


Beth will work with you to create a custom at-home care routine designed specifically for your skin care needs.

Arrival

First-time guests will need to fill out a client intake form and have a short consultation. Please allow for an additional 20 minutes at the end of your first treatment. This profile will outline information to enable me to provide you with the most appropriate and effective service. Please let me know if you have any special physical or medical needs or conditions.

Cancellation Policy

I require a 24-hour cancellation notice or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Arriving late will simply shorten your treatment time. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed and the full value of your treatment will be applied. I appreciate your respect and understanding of this policy.
